A lot of players and parents think performing for the sake of performing is where it stops. Yes we want to dominate win and impose our will at a young age. But if you are in it for the long game this is about development first.

I know a lot of you have seen players who only dominate because they are bigger faster or stronger. That works for a little while but once they get older it is not going to cut it.

Sometimes you need to take a few steps back so you can take a whole bunch forward. That is how you build a real skill set and a well rounded game
