SPATCHCOCKED MIKE’S HOT HONEY TURKEY cheffed up by solosam 

Glaze and Injection Recipe:

- 2 sticks of unsalted butter
- Seasoning blends of choice
- Mike’s Hot Honey

Cooking Instructions:

1. Inject the turkey with seasoning.

2. Add a dry rub and spray with oil.

3. Cook for 1 hour at 450°F.

4. Remove the turkey and apply the glaze.

5. Drop the temperature to 350°F and cook for 45 minutes. 

6. Remove the turkey and apply the glaze again.

7. Drop the temperature to 325°F and cook for 30 minutes.
