I got invited by fcc.coach and dominicreedgolf from Farmington Country Club to try neuxtec, a tech from Ian Rude at pureneurology that reboots the nervous system for performance.

Peter said, “Come get shocked.” I did.

After an injury made pull-ups and push-ups difficult while training for Murph, NeuX helped me find muscle imbalances causing instability.

Now, I’m back to high-rep push-ups. I wonder—how long will it last? Getting shocked isn’t that hard. Life is movement
