Join us for the opening of Brother, Can You Spare A Quarter: Satchmo SummerFest Turns 25, a special retrospective exhibition celebrating 25 years of Satchmo SummerFest posters at the New Orleans Jazz Museum.

Curated by David Kunian, this vibrant display showcases commemorative artwork from artists including Jane Brewster, Tami Curtis-Ellis, Margaret Slade Kelley, Ayo Scott, Marinta Skupin, Scott Hodgin, Koby Sackey, Mario Padilla, Richard Thomas, Philip Bascle, and many more.

Enjoy a nostalgic walk through festival history as you explore framed poster art along our main corridor, leading to the newly renovated third-floor performance space—home to this year’s Satchmo SummerFest lectures and the Gallatin Street Records Piano Series.

✨ Live music, refreshments, and a cash bar will be available during the opening event.
