When the people around you commit to their growth, it’s easier for you to commit to yours.

Today was another day rebuilding strength in the knee I injured in June. Every session is a reminder that, just like dog training, it’s consistency—not perfection— that brings you progress.

Unfortunately, this year I have had several injuries, however as the old thing goes;

“𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬.”

And just like dog training, I like to turn my gym time into a game that I love to play consistently. I’m so grateful for the people in my life who inspired me to want to show up every day.
