فريق مركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء تابع إطلاق القمر الاصطناعي فاي 1 بنجاح إلى مداره على متن صاروخ فالكون 9، حيث يحمل فاي 1 ابتكارات سيتم اختبارها في الفضاء للمرة الأولى. هذه المهمة هي جزء من مبادرة استضافة حمولة الأقمار الاصطناعية، والتي نتعاون فيها مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة لشؤون الفضاء الخارجي.

The MBRSC team observed the successful launch of PHI-1 aboard a Falcon 9 rocket. The satellite is carrying new innovations that will be tested in space for the first time. The mission is part of the Payload Hosting Initiative, in collaboration with the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs.
