## Caption

Ca kho is my favorite kho dish! I marinaded the catfish with fish sauce, garlic powder, and white pepper. Caramelize 1/2 tbsp of sugar. Add the catfish and add coconut water and thai chilis. Cover and bring to a boil. Uncover and let the broth reduce.
