今日から、一つの大切でそして新たな挑戦を始めます。

20年前に書いていたジャーナルを開き、当時の“生の私”をそのまま共有 — 恐れ、不安、 フラストレーション、渇望、そしてその中にあった、ほんの小さな希望の光。

あの頃の言葉たちは、今の私を形づくったもの。
そしてあの頃の私に伝えたいメッセージを添えていきます。

At 20, I was full of fear — and I fought anyway.

Today marks the beginning of something special.

I’m opening the journals I wrote 20 years ago and sharing the raw version of myself: the fear, the doubt, the frustration, the hunger, the tiny sparks of hope.
