UPDATE: Activities and work have been canceled 5 a.m. to noon Tuesday, according to a PSU Alert.

State College could see 2-4 inches of snow by Tuesday morning, AccuWeather forecasts, with the National Weather Service issuing a winter weather advisory from 3 a.m. to 1 p.m.

AccuWeather advises the snow is likely to make roads and sidewalks slick, potentially causing travel delays and disruptions for community members.
