FALL HURDLE SCHOOL 🧠🔥
One of the best things we can teach young hurdlers early is how to navigate hurdles at high speed while keeping posture and rhythm intact.

The controlled 5-step spacing forces them to feel real velocity, and the lowered hurdles keep the parabola tight — no floating, no wasted air time, just clean rhythm and fast contacts.

And remember… it’s only been 6 weeks with these two.
A lot to sharpen, a lot to build — but we trust the process every day.
