Is this the year for Obama 🤔 Despite the two tough losses against solid WPIAL competition, Obama is positioned for another run at the City League title. The team is currently led behind their duo 6’2 Naron Jackson and 6’6 Zion Conner. The pass first PG was more agressive in both recent games. Defensively he impacts the game causing a lot of chaos for opposing guards. Zion is simply put a work horse. He’s going to clean everything up in the paint rebounds, blocks and putbacks. Naron is a top 10 featured name on my WPIAL Players to watch list. Zion was not put on there but if I redid that same list today he would be marked as one of the better players above 6’5 in the area.
