I honestly feel so blessed and just really lucky that my journey brought me to a plant based lifestyle. I was the guy that said I would never stop eating meat, would plan the trips to the churrascaria so me and the boys could get the meat sweats (yes that was the actual goal smh 😵‍💫) and even when the lightbulbs started to go off about animal welfare, looked around and thought there is no way me making a change could make any difference. The plot had worked but God had other plans - waking up to realize how my health was affected, and how just one person making one choice each meal would make a difference for animals and the planet, I’ve never felt more free or aligned to purpose….and yes it’s been 10 years and the gains keep coming 💪🏿 because there is an abundance of protein available in a vegan diet. Everyone’s journey looks different but if you’ve been held back by any of the above, let this be your sign 🤎🌱
