“You made it through 100% of your worst days”

Someone close to me introduced this statement to me, & it made sense. They’d been through so much, & were still here. At first it made me sad. Then, my perspective changed. I stop focusing on “your worst days” & started focusing on “you made it”. If you are still here, still breathing, & living you can look back those times with pride. It didn’t kill you, it didn’t stop you, & it showed what you’re capable of. 

Use the moments today when things are tough. Use it when life is hard, because some of what you’ve made it through makes a little adversity light work.
