21 years ago this Thursday, the Kinetic NY girls (Saratoga Springs) won the inaugural #NikeTeamNationals title with 51 points, finishing with all five scorers in the top 23 and winning by over 70 points to put together one of the most dominating team performances in meet history. 

nicbloodfreitag, a member of the 2004 Kinetic girls team, joins DyeStat editor doug_binder in the latest episode of DyeStat Discussions to talk about how it felt to be part of a girls cross country dynasty that was named the best in the United States in 11 of 13 seasons leading up to the first national championship at Portland Meadows.
