Pro tip: I like to slightly underbake my biscotti so they’re a bit more like a very crisp cookie and a bit less likely to break a tooth 😉 These are absolutely delicious and packed with candied orange peel and pistachios! Dipping in white or dark chocolate is optional, but totally worth it.
