Today is Giving Tuesday, and at NC that means something simple but powerful: taking care of one another. 💙
 
Every year, we celebrate the Nourishing Minds Fund, a vital initiative dedicated to supporting NC students battling food insecurity. From emergency grocery gift cards to Rise & Shine breakfasts three mornings a week, Nourishing Minds, administered by the NC Student Administrative Council (yourncsac) is here for students who need a little extra support.
 
And the impact is real:
🥣 25,000+ free breakfasts served this year
🛒 200+ emergency grocery cards given to students in crisis
💛 Countless students starting their day with a little more comfort and a lot less stress
 
A huge thank you to FirstOntario Credit Union (firstontariocu) for being a steadfast partner in feeding student success. After a generous contribution in 2024, they’ve pledged another $12,500 to Nourishing Minds for Giving Tuesday 2025, and their team helped to serve breakfast alongside us!
