🎅🏾 Welcome to my Santa’s Bakery Series, where we will be working out our Christmas cottage to bring you all the holiday treats to make with your friends and family! Today, we have this easy layered peppermint chocolate ganache.

Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Ingredients:

🍫Chocolate Ganache:
8 oz of chocolate wafers
1 cup heavy cream

🥛 Peppermint mascarpone:
10 oz mascarpone (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp peppermint extract

❄️ Sugared cranberries:
6 to 8 fresh cranberries
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 cup simple syrup (1/2 cup sugar & 1/2 cup water)
1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating
