5) Dominion Energy Garden of Lights at Norfolk Botanical Garden - Named one of the best botanical garden holiday light shows in the country by USA today. norfolkbotanicalgarden 

6) See Holiday Lights from the Water - take a 30 min Winterfest Holiday Lights Cruise  aboard the Victory River. There is no better way to see downtown Norfolk then from this ship, all lit up at night with all of the festive holiday lights.
