The biggest moments of growth don’t usually come from career changes or big life events. They happen within relationships because nothing reflects your patterns back to you like the people you love.

Family relationships taught me this first. You don’t get to choose your family, and for me, learning to set boundaries has been one of the hardest things. Becoming a mother made it even more complicated. I show up for my kids with everything I have… and as they grow, I’ve had to learn the difference between empowering them and enabling them.
Pulling back, letting them make mistakes, not fixing everything… that still triggers my mom guilt.
But it’s also where I grow the most.

Romantic relationships have been their own mirror.
There was a long time when I didn’t realize I wasn’t being a great partner. Not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t know myself well enough to show up differently.
And relationships will teach you quickly: you can’t create happiness through someone else, and no one else can create it for you. They can add to it, but they can’t carry it.

What I’ve learned — especially in the last few years — is that awareness and accountability aren’t always comfortable, but they’re the only way forward.
Life is messy: it’s up, down, sideways, and everything in between. But if we don’t pause long enough to look at our patterns, they will run our lives for us.

Maybe that’s why the idea of “tiny adjustments change the whole pose” resonates so much with me. Because that’s what this season of my life feels like: small choices, repeated with intention, shifting everything in ways I can finally feel.

And maybe it’s also because, with each year, I’m more aware of how fast time moves… how quickly things can change… and how every uncomfortable moment eventually becomes something good *if you let it teach you something.*

If this resonates with you, let me know what strikes the most. I actually read all my DMs and comments, no bots or AI here! Let’s connect
