The cocktail program at barplease_ is built on fresh ingredients, juiced and clarified in-house. They also carbonate many of their cocktails, which gives their spritzes and highballs a fresh, crisp taste. The Bay Leaf Negroni is a personal favorite of mine.

You may already know about their kimchi grilled cheese (if not, you should), but they also have a gourmet hot dog menu available late night with a kimchi dog, a Seattle Dog, the Frankie Style with secret sauce, and a classic as well!
