👉 2022: citycouncilbham approved demolition of the then-vacant Carraway Hospital
👉 NOW: crendeavors CEO announced construction on the Star Uptown will commence in Spring 2026
👉 2027: First homes expected to be ready for new residents

1st phase of the development will bring:
