Western Iowa Tech has agreed to a settlement in the final lawsuit over its discontinued J-1 visa program.  The College has agreed to pay a $2.5 million to settle a third lawsuit over its discontinued J-1 visa program, closing out a series of human trafficking allegations that it used international students as cheap labor in local factories and that have now cost the Sioux City school nearly $8 million in settlements.
