Welcome to my new series: Single Serve Cozy Recipes ✨ I live alone and I hate eating leftovers, so I got myself a mini 1.7 quart Dutch oven from staub_usa and I’m going to be sharing all the single serve recipes I make in it!

These recipes will be enough to make one very large serving, or 2 regular servings so you either eat the whole thing, split it with your partner/roommate or keep one serving for lunch the next day.

Seasonings for ground beef: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, mrsdashrecipes garlic and herb mix, basil, oregano, paprika, chili powder, & crushed red pepper

For the tomato sauce, I use raoshomemade tomato basil (freeze the leftover sauce to use later), for bone brother I prefer pacificfoods unsalted, bc the other ingredients have enough salt.

NOTE - after sautéing the onion and garlic, add one tablespoon of tomato paste and cook before your beef. I forgot and it made a huge difference in flavor.
