To make—
1 bag bouldercanyon avocado oil chips
2 balls burrata (I used truffle burrata)
6 slices smoked salmon 
caviar of choice (I used markyscaviar)
1 cup arugula
3/4 cup pomegranate arils
2 tsp olive oil 

Layer chips in a bowl. Layer with burrata, salmon, caviar, pomegranate and arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy immediately.
