Had such a great convo with this Queen at an event in New York! Entrepreneurship looks cute on the outside, but let’s be real… sometimes you have to step back from the business to take care of YOU. How can we build success while ignoring the parts of us that need care?

Nobody warns us about the grief we carry, the burnout we push through, or the business trauma we try to ignore. But healing isn’t optional, it’s the foundation. Because if we’re not well, our work can’t thrive either.

When we heal, we grow. And when we grow, our purpose gets louder. Let’s keep building but let’s make sure we’re okay while doing it. Thank you dymesmith for the opportunity!
