2 oz Pendleton 
1 tsp Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
2 dashes of Cayenne Pepper
1 Maraschino Cherry

Stir ingredients well with ice in a mixing glass, then strain over ice into a rocks glass.
