Considered by many to be a top recruiter, Justin spent years as a college player & coach, earning a reputation for being a strong recruiter and seeing player development improve. His most notable stops are with 3 Power-4 Programs, having spent time at aggiebaseball, osubaseball, and huskerbaseball.

He is also currently a scout for the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. The Twelve family is in great hands with a seasoned professional like Justin on our staff ‼️
