#TSRHealth: #Roomies, the Food and Drug Administration (FSA) has issues a recall of over one million bags of Great Lakes Cheese products, originally announced in October, citing potential metal fragments that could cause temporary health effects. Per npr the FDA did not specify how the contamination was discovered or whether any illnesses have been reported. _______________________________
Reports state about half a dozen kinds of shredded cheese product  from mozzarella to pizza style were initally recalled in early October. However this week the FDA upgraded the recall’s risk classification to Class II. Which is the second highest, meaning consumption of the product could cause “temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.” _______________________________
