“Be present, be proud, have purpose. The 3 reminders I tell myself each day that taught me how to get through these 3.5 years. Those 3 reminders got me through every hardship in the book. I did a lot of good in my time here at NC State, but I get to leave undergrad with the greatest gift of it all; knowing that I was present, I finished proud, and I had purpose in everything I did. I came to this state knowing nothing, and I left school learning everything about how to be the best version of myself. The M.D. is next. 🎓”
