At DuPage Elite, we believe great players are built through intentional reps, community, and quality coaching — and our FLEX program is one of the biggest ways we pour into our athletes. 💙

Every other Friday, FLEX gives our 10U–18U athletes:
✨ Extra touches
✨ Skill refinement
✨ Position-specific feedback

This week’s focus:
✔️ Ball control fundamentals
✔️ Setting mechanics + footwork
✔️ Out-of-system play building for our older athletes — helping them learn how to steady the ball in chaotic plays

FLEX is free for all enrolled players and capped at 70 athletes. Sign-ups drop each FLEX week inside Sprocket — and spots disappear quickly!
