🎺 LE FESTIVAL JAZZ NOUVELLE-ORLÉANS REVIENT 🎺

Présenté par le New Orleans Jazz Museum nolajazzmuseum au le360paris, le festival revient pour une deuxième édition ! Du vendredi 20 au 22 septembre 2024 au coeur du quartier de la Goutte d’Or, trois musiciens issus de la scène néo-orléanaise, Darryl Montana, chantzpowell et jamesandrewstrumpet apporteront le meilleur de la musique néo-orléanaise à Paris et accompagneront le brass band français nolafrenchconnectionofficiel, dont la musique se nourrit de nombreux contacts avec les musiciens locaux.🎷
Aux concerts s’ajoutent des masterclasses, une présentation et dégustation culinaire consacrée à la jambalaya, une projection de film (le documentaire Street Beat – Drumming Below Sea Level consacré à la batterie à la Nouvelle Orléans), une parade Second Line dans le quartier et des ateliers pour enfants ! 🎼

The Festival Jazz Nouvelle-Orléans à la Goutte d’Or, presented by the New Orleans Jazz Museum at 360 Paris, returns for a second edition! From Friday, July 20 to 22, 2024 in the heart of the Goutte d’Or neighborhood, three major musicians from the New Orleans scene - Darryl Montana, Chantz Powell and James Andrews - will bring the best of New Orleans music to Paris and will accompany the French brass band NOLA French Connection, whose music is nourished by numerous contacts with local musicians.

In addition to the concerts, there will be masterclasses, a jambalaya culinary presentation and tasting, a film screening (the documentary Street Beat - Drumming Below Sea Level, about drumming in New Orleans), a Second Line parade through the neighborhood with the participation of the Aubervilliers collective Cap to NOLA Brass Band, and workshops for children!
