If you’ve ever felt confused, guilty or overwhelmed by food…you’re not alone.

I spoke with some uni students yesterday about building a healthier relationship with food, and so many of the themes we discussed are things I see in my work every day.

I truly believe that food is a gift (and not something to fear, tyvm diet culture! 😤) Most of the time, we just need the right guidance to make it work in our individual lives.
