## Caption

I’m nervous to call this pizza’s french cousin…but it is!! Flammekueche (aka tarte flambée) is essentially a thin-crust pizza traditionally topped with crème fraîche, caramelised onions, and bacon. 

But you know me – more is always more! And tbh I wanted extra veg and colour in my version.

I used my trusty Pie Crust Hack here, and once again, it has surprised me with its versatility. This truly proves how foolproof this recipe is. I could’ve made the dough thinner if I had a rolling pin, but using my hands worked out decently!

This was an absolute 10/10. It’s perfect for those low-effort high-reward dinners when you want something special without the fuss. Save this and experiment with your favourite toppings!
