Wish I hadn’t waited so long to make this date cake…because wow. So tender and moist, and I absolutely love the maple-tahini dressing! 

This recipe went viral a while back, and I totally get why. I tweaked it to fit what I had at home and honestly…no notes to add. Just don’t create a mess like I did with my milk lol.
