I call this the 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲 🍪😌  

And yes, the “everything” can be anything you like - cranberries instead of strawberries, pistachios instead of hazelnuts, or you can even double the chocolate 😋 (just maintain the same total weight of mix-ins!)

I love using this recipe to pack in extra fibre (oats, nuts, seeds) which gives these cookies amazing texture and crunch. I’m a crunchy cookie girl ;)

This might just become your go-to fridge door recipe too!
