🍇 Pan Fried Halloumi & Grilled Grapes 

It’s easy to make, it’s pretty on the dining table, and so delicious – esp if you’re into sweet-salty combinations!

If you’re new to halloumi, it’s a semi-hard cheese from Cyprus with a high melting point. So instead of melting all over upon contact with high heat, you end up with a nice golden yellow crust 😌💖
