We all have that one dish (or a few!) that reminds us of our childhood. And for me, it’s these 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲-𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 😌🫚 (finally a chance to use the ginger emoji!!)

If you’re into meal prepping, these are perfect as you can make a big batch at one go. 

Pair this with some rice, a salad, or – for a touch of nostalgia – serve them in some soup – perfect for a rainy day or if you’re feeling under the weather!
