“Time flies” – we all say it at some point in the year. 

But what if I told you that you can actually slow down time? Or at least your perception of it. 

Time is our most valuable currency, and we waste so much of it without realising it. 

Try out #KevinsRule: a simple but powerful approach I discovered from jesseitzler that changed how I experience time. It consists of embarking on a novel adventure every other month. By the end of the year, you would have 6 adventures to look back on. It’s something worth trying for 2025!

But here’s the key…don’t wait for them to happen. PLAN for it. Schedule them the same way you schedule dinner with your friends.
