I’m so happy with how this turned out!! (tips for success below 👇🏼) 

I’ve always put off making wellingtons (so many steps, so little time!) So I made a couple of tweaks…and here it is! Delicious, satisfying, and totally wow-worthy without heaps of work. 

If you’re planning your festive menu, keep this recipe in your back pocket. It’s perfect for impressing guests! ✨ you can even make bite-sized pieces for a party OR go big and fancy~ with a whole salmon portion.

Here are a couple of notes for a recipe for success:
🤌🏼 Use all-butter pastry for a delicious flaky crust.
🤌🏼 Cut slits in thepuff pastry to let steam escape and avoid sogginess. 
🤌🏼 Keep your salmon chilled until assembly to prevent overcooking.
🤌🏼 Use high quality salmon bake it juuuust right for silky-smooth goodness.
