It’s been an impressive year for Not This Time. 

The 11-year-old son of Giant’s Causeway has launched himself toward the top of stallion rankings, becoming the second-leading general sire this year behind Into Mischief by progeny earnings. His stud fee for the 2026 breeding season is $250,000, tying him with Into Mischief and Gun Runner for the highest stud fee in North America. 

Not This Time’s runners have been everywhere this year. He currently leads all stallions with 27 black-type winners so far this year, three more than Into Mischief. That’s no small feat for a stallion still early in his career. Not This Time also sired his first Breeders’ Cup winner this year when Cy Fair won the Juvenile Turf Sprint (G1T) at Del Mar. 

His influence carries into the sales ring as well. The Keeneland September Yearling Sale saw 14 of his yearlings for seven figures or more this fall, helping elevate him to the sale’s second-leading sire by average price, averaging $701,455 from 55 sold. 

And like many stallions of his caliber, he knows how to strike a pose 🎥
