Some ideas for your personal admin day ↓

For me, it’s usually:
• planning for the new year 
• checking in on my budget 
• responding to emails I’ve let sit a little too long
• planning content and giving the week some direction
• doing those small tasks that don’t take much time, just attention 
• planning my calendar and meals for the week
• booking doctors appointments (you know you need to)
• vision boards, outlining goals, enjoying time to reflect

It’s not exciting, but it feels grounding!! 
I feel like it helps to clear a little space in my brain so the rest of life has room to breathe.
