White Elephant Rules:
• everyone draws a random number (numbers go up to amount of players)
• can either start from number 1 or last 
• first person picks a random bag 
• any person after can either take the item from previous peeps OR choose a new bag to open up 
• each item can only have up to 3 ‘steals’
