自分で書いたジャーナルを読み返し、公開し始めてから、点と点が前になって繋がっていく感覚だったり、スパイラルに繰り返していることもあったり、過去の自分に学ぶことだったり気付かされることもある。

言ったら自分の恥ずかしい部分というか、そういうあまり表には出してこなかった感情や葛藤を公開してるわけだけど、私には私のストーリーがあって、あなたにはあなたのストーリーがあって、みんな違うストーリーを持っていて、その一部をシェアすることでメッセージとして伝えたい想いが1人でも多くの人に届けばと思って始めたので、その願いが届くことを心から願うとともに、続けていきたいと思う🙏🏼

Ever since I started rereading my old journals and sharing parts of them publicly, I’ve begun to feel how the dots of my life are finally connecting in front of me. Some things come back like a spiral, repeating in new forms. Some entries remind me, teach me, or even confront me with lessons from my past self.

In a way, I’m exposing the parts of me I used to keep hidden—the vulnerable, messy, embarrassing pieces, the emotions and struggles I never really showed on the surface. But I have my story, you have your story, and everyone carries a story of their own. By sharing even a small piece of mine, if the message behind it reaches even one more person who needs it, then that alone makes it worth it. I genuinely hope my words find those who need them, and I want to keep sharing as I continue this journey. 🙏🏼
