There was a point in my life where playing it safe almost ruined everything for me. When my football career ended, I felt completely stuck. My whole identity was wrapped up in it, and when it was gone I had no idea what direction to go or who I even was outside of it.

I could’ve stayed in that place and kept living in fear, taking the “safe” route convincing myself that dreaming bigger was too risky but deep down, I knew that playing it safe was the real danger. That mindset would’ve kept me from ever becoming the person I knew I was meant to be.

So instead of staying comfortable, I doubled down on what I love training, performance, helping athletes level up. I made a decision to become the best sports performance coach I could possibly be and to reach millions of people who don’t have access to elite, high-level training.

I’m still on that journey but the second I stopped letting fear call the shots everything started to change for me day by day.
