I also love the roasted red peppers but you can use pimento stuffed olives if you prefer! Don’t forget to FOLLOW kalejunkie for more fun ideas + recipes! 🫶🏻

1 9oz jar pitted castelvetrano olives (+ the juice)
1/2 cup roasted red peppers in a jar, chopped

Add olives to small donut molds. Chop the red peppers into small pieces and add them in between the olives. Pour the olive juice from the jar on top and freeze overnight. I added to martini glasses and topped with a martini!

The perfect dirty martini (for 2)
6oz vodka 
tiny splash vermouth 
Splash olive juice

To make a martini, add lots of ice, vodka, vermouth, and olive juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Transfer to a cold martini glass, add a dirty martini ice cube wreath and enjoy!
