Three months off… but today I came BACK with intention. 🔥 Walking into theedgefitnessclubs reminded me that restarting isn’t a setback, it’s power. It’s choosing discipline over doubt, one rep at a time.

I wasn’t trying to be perfect today. I just wanted to show up. And honestly? That alone was a win.

The women’s area, the energy, the space to just focus and breathe—it all helped me ease into my groove again.

There were moments I had to pause and encourage myself… because getting back into the swing of things is HARD. But the hard things are always worth it. And once I pushed through? I finished strong and I’m glad I did. 💪🏾🔥
