## Caption

Did you know that Louisiana has a Hot Sauce Trail? We explored and had a great time trying all types of hot sauces. It was cool to spot which restaurants made their own. We started in Lafayette at the tabasco factory, then went to dinner at boncreole_seafoods for some po’boys with hot sauce. We ended the night at caneriverpecan for pecans covered in hot sauce. 

Before we left the next day we stopped by the lafarmersmarket farmers market for some tacos before we headed to Baton Rouge. We stopped by elsiesplatenpie for some pie and then drove to New Orleans for dinner at cochonbutchernola, they make their own hot sauce here! The last day we went to gatormuseum, they have 11 different types of hot sauces that all come with a alligator foot. We got brunch at atchafalaya_rest and headed home!
