Replying to @Dfuchs it really is that simple 😏 Ingredients:  10-12 tomatillos Half a white onion, diced  1 jalapeno (remove the stem and seeds) 3-4 garlic cloves  1/2 cup lime juice  Handful of cilantro  1 can hatch green chiles  Pinch of salt  Directions: -On a lightly oiled pan, blister the tomatillos, garlic, onion, and jalapeno on medium heat until soft.   -Add the mixture directly to a blender with the lime juice, cilantro, chiles and a generous pinch of salt and blend it on up!  #yachtchef #thebahamas #yacht #privatechef #salsarecipe
