Displaced from her home in Syria and later impacted by the earthquakes in Türkiye, Etap was forced to start over.. twice.

Through it all. she has found strength in learning new skills to support her family and rebuild her life. With tailoring training, Etap has discovered a new path forward and a renewed sense of purpose.

Her journey reflects the power of humanitarian support that  responds to people’s real needs and helps restore dignity and hope.

Through a partnership between the kizilay, britishredcross , IFRC and ukinturkiye, the #STRIVE Project is empowering people to gain financial independence and get back control of their lives.
