🎄❤️How does your family sprinkle a little extra kindness into the season? ✨

There’s something about this time of year that makes giving feel extra special — and it doesn’t always come wrapped with a bow. Sometimes the most meaningful gifts are the simple ones: a little time, a little effort, and a whole lot of heart.

For our family, the beach is that happy place. It’s where we’ve spent so many afternoons playing, exploring, and collecting seashells. So this year, Max and I decided to give it a little love back with our own beach cleanup. 🌊🧤🪣

With help from the Modern Woodmen Do-Good Grant®, we grabbed gloves, buckets, and trash bags and headed to the sand. A few hours later, the difference was so clear — less plastic, fewer wrappers, and a cleaner stretch of beach for everyone to enjoy. It felt so good to see the impact right in front of us.

And honestly? The best way to teach kids about kindness is to let them experience it. When they roll up their sleeves and help care for their community, they learn that giving back isn’t just something you talk about — it’s something you feel in your hands and your heart. 💛

We’re so grateful to be part of Modern Woodmen’s do good in the community program, because it reminds us that giving back can be simple: a donation, a helping hand, or even a family afternoon spent cleaning up a place you love.
